Low Power HOLEP Versus TURP in Management of BPH
Overview
Patients with obstructed flow due to BPH will be enrolled into 2 groups, group will undergo TURP and the other group will undergo Low power HOLEP
Interventions
- Procedure low power HOLEP
Patients who will undergo transurethral resection of the prostate - Procedure TURP
Patients who will undergo transurethral resection of the prostate
Primary outcome measures
- Change in The International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) [Time frame: 6 months]

Inclusion criteria
\- mens with LUTS due to obstructed prostate
Exclusion criteria
- stone bladder bladder cancer prostate cancer
