Primary outcome measures
- plaque score [Time frame: T0 baseline, T1 at 7 days and T2 at 2 weeks]
Secondary outcome measures (1)
- bristle contamination [Time frame: after 2 weeks]

Inclusion Criteria: healthy and medically free participants
