Eligibility criteria
Inclusion criteria
- health Men or women aged 20 to 55 years old
- willing to take Jing Si Herbal Drink
Exclusion criteria
- no willing to take Jing Si Herbal Drink;
- Previously already take Jing Si Herbal Drink daily
