Privacy

You do not need an account to search or save trials. We collect only what is needed to operate the site and respond to your enquiry.

Search and saved trials

Your search is processed in your browser and is not sent to Lechu. Saved NCT numbers stay in your browser's local storage. You can remove them with “Clear list” or by clearing site data. A shared-list URL contains only public NCT numbers.

Support enquiries

The support form prepares an email in your own email application. The site does not receive what you type unless you send that email. Once sent, Lechu receives the contact and medical information you supplied so we can reply, consider possible next steps, and contact a study center on your instructions.

Do not include passport details, bank information, or complete medical files in your first message. We will ask only for necessary material and explain a suitable transfer method.

Minimal analytics

If the site owner enables analytics, it counts only broad actions: page type viewed, search started, number of filters, adding to the saved list, and chosen contact channel. It does not receive search text, diagnosis, an NCT number, name, phone, email, message, or document contents.

Sharing and retention

WhatsApp, Telegram, and your email provider process data under their own policies. Lechu retains correspondence and documents only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet mandatory business-record requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete data unless law requires continued retention.
