Privacy

You do not need an account to search or save trials. We collect only what is needed to operate the site and respond to your enquiry.

Search and saved trials

Your search is processed in your browser and is not sent to Lechu. Saved NCT numbers stay in your browser's local storage. You can remove them with “Clear list” or by clearing site data. A shared-list URL contains only public NCT numbers.

Requests submitted through the site

The application form submits your data directly through the website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Each request receives a reference number, shown on screen and quoted in emails. We receive only what you type into the form: name, age, diagnosis, country and city, preferred contact method, phone or email, an NCT number, and your message. No IP address or technical identifiers are stored with the request, and its contents are never written to server logs.

After submission your request is: stored in the site's secure database (Cloudflare infrastructure) so we can track and process it; forwarded by email to the Lechu coordination team at cart@lechugroup.com via a transactional-email service (Resend); and, if you provided an email address, an automatic confirmation with the reference number is sent to you. The information is used only to reply, consider possible next steps, and contact a study center on your instructions.

Do not send passport details, bank information, or complete medical files through the form. A coordinator will ask only for necessary material and explain a suitable transfer method.

Retention and deletion of requests

The database record and related correspondence are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet mandatory business-record requirements. To correct or delete your data, write to cart@lechugroup.com quoting the reference number — we will remove the record and correspondence unless law requires continued retention.

Minimal analytics

If the site owner enables analytics, it counts only broad actions: page type viewed, search started, number of filters, adding to the saved list, and chosen contact channel. It does not receive search text, diagnosis, an NCT number, name, phone, email, message, or document contents.

Third-party services

Two infrastructure providers process requests: Cloudflare (site hosting and the request database) and Resend (delivery of the coordinator notification and your confirmation email). If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram, those services process messages under their own policies. Lechu does not sell or share patient data with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.
